SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PHD STUDENTS AND EARLY RESEARCHERS

MUMIA will provide a grant of 600 EUR to a number of eligible participants. Approximately 30 MSc/MPhil/PhD students and Early Stage Researchers (up to 8 years after receiving your PhD) will be reimbursed. If you want to apply for a scholarship to attend the 3rd MUMIA Training School you must send until May 30, 2014.

  1. an updated short CV (max 2 pages),
  2. a motivation letter and
  3. a scanned copy of your passport (or your national id card)

In the motivation letter please express in which MUMIA Working Groups you would like to become a member. This is irrelevant to the training school but to justify the grant you should be a member of at least one WG. Don’t wait until the last day; the applications will be evaluated in batches of 8 applications each.

Eligibility

Trainees eligible for a grant:
1. Trainees from 35 COST countries
2. Trainees from approved NNC institutions (currently Ural State University)
